oh my word.
i just love them.
if you want to experience feeling ill from adorable cuteness, hang out with them. (haha. but seriously.)
they are SO fun and SO in love, and i'm just so happy for each of them.
back in 2010, nathaniel's sister convinced him to go over to south africa (the homeland) with her for a three-month mission trip...where he met nini--and fell in love.
they have been flying back & forth and skyping their little hearts out the past three years and are finally about to be in one place together. forever. ;)
they are not as "country"-lovin as some of my couples in the past have been...but still love the outdoors, (they are aspiring bird-watchers. heehee. don't kill me,) so i wanted to still portray that in the captured images.
prepare yourself. these are ridiculously in-love, ridiculously good-looking people.

micah & nellie.

this couple...
makes me smile.
i have known micah since we were four years old--and we have somehow managed to keep in touch ever since.
but i always wondered about the type of girl he would end up with...until i met nellie--and until i heard the way micah talked about nellie.
:) and they just make me smile.
they both are incredibly outdoorsy. (practically every weekend for the last few years i've asked him to hang out, micah's been gone on a fishing tournament.)
and they both have a real country-feel to them. (the first time i saw nellie, she was wearin her overalls, and i thought to myself: 'i think i'd like that girl'.)
so i wanted their engagement session to really reflect that.

this couple...
is ridiculously adorable, (as you can see,) and extremely artsy.
darren is the guitarist for the band samestate.
and becky has her own etsy: here...and just entered the blog-world over here. (she's probably the most artistic person i know...always comin up with somethin grand.)
they wanted to take their engagement photos at the lake where becky grew up--and where their wedding will be held.
they are both very outdoorsy and incredibly loving people, so they & i wanted the photos to evoke that.
